About the Role

Senior Market Research Manager role focused on conducting quantitative and qualitative research to improve customer trust on Amazon. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end execution of large scale tracker surveys
  • Design and execute quantitative and qualitative customer research studies
  • Analyze survey data to identify insights and opportunities
  • Communicate research findings and recommendations to management
  • Manage external vendors and prioritize research requests

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 7+ years of quantitative/qualitative market research experience
  • 7+ years of experience using data and analytics to solve business problems
  • Experience with statistical techniques for survey design and analytics
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience programming in Qualtrics

Nice to Have:

  • MBA or Master's degree
  • 6+ years of experience in program or project management
  • SQL experience and experience using data visualization tools
  • Experience working with global cross-functional teams
