About the Role

Senior Operations Manager responsible for overall direction and operations of the Hyderabad site, creating a culture of customer obsession and high performance. The role involves managing operations managers and team managers to achieve service levels, performance goals, and successful program implementation while developing talent and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Set vision, direction and culture for teams by managing performance expectations and goals
• Develop and implement processes to scale operations while managing costs and maintaining customer experience
• Create coaching culture and develop career roadmaps for site operations teams
• Build partnerships with internal/external teams to drive measurable improvements in customer experience
• Work with finance and operations leadership to manage annual expense budget and build collaborative relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Science or relevant field
• Overall 8+ years experience with minimum 4+ years in people management and operations leadership
• Experience in management role in technical/customer service/data operations environment
• Experience creating and contributing to strategic planning processes
