Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes
• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams
• Build and contribute to design systems/style guides
• Communicate design work and build alignment across the organization

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 4+ years experience in product design for web experiences
• Experience in B2B (SaaS preferred)
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Invision, Miro, Mural
• Experience building and contributing to design systems/style guides
• BA/BS or relevant work experience with comprehensive portfolio
