About the Role

Senior QA Engineer leading quality strategy and execution across iOS, Android, and Web products. Responsible for building scalable test systems, driving automation adoption, and ensuring release confidence at speed. Partners with engineering and product teams to embed reliability into development processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy and design scalable test frameworks for feature validation and automation
• Own release validation across mobile and web platforms ensuring stable, performant releases
• Improve visibility into release readiness, test health, and product quality metrics
• Collaborate with engineering to identify automation opportunities and integrate tests into CI/CD
• Mentor developers and QA engineers on best testing practices and quality ownership

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 8+ years of experience in QA engineering with deep expertise in test strategy and execution
• Proven background leading release testing efforts across multiple teams and complex environments
• Proven ability with TestRail, Jira, and debugging tools like Datadog, Crashlytics, Proxyman
• Hands-on experience testing APIs and backend services with strong understanding of data flows

Nice to Have:

• Experience with native mobile automation (XCUITest, Espresso, Playwright, Xcode Cloud, Android Studio)
• Background in test observability, reliability, or performance testing for consumer-scale apps
• Passion for sports, fantasy gaming, or sports betting products
