Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 3+ years investigating feasibility of applying scientific principles to business problems
  • PhD or Master's degree with 5+ years of quantitative field research experience
  • Knowledge of data analysis languages (e.g., R, Stata, Python) or statistical software
  • 5+ years experience in applied selection research, job analysis, test development, and validation

Nice to Have:

  • Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
  • Knowledge of quantitative data analysis and statistics
  • PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field
  • Familiarity with using GenAI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) in personnel selection research
