About the Role

Senior Security Researcher and penetration tester focused on offensive security operations for Microsoft's M365 Copilot suite. Responsibilities include researching AI security threats, performing penetration tests on AI platforms, and developing security testing frameworks. The role requires expertise in AI attack vectors, vulnerability discovery, and proficiency in Python and security tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research emerging AI security threats and attack techniques
  • Design and implement methodologies for evaluating AI agent security
  • Execute comprehensive penetration tests on AI platforms
  • Contribute to AI security testing frameworks and automated tools
  • Produce detailed technical reports and mentor team members

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field OR 5+ years experience in software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, modeling, cybersecurity, and/or anomaly detection
  • Solid understanding of AI attack vectors including prompt injection, agent manipulation, and workflow exploitation
  • Hands-on experience discovering and exploiting vulnerabilities in AI systems and platforms
  • Proficiency in Python with experience in AI frameworks and security testing tools

Nice to Have:

  • Direct experience testing AI agent platforms, conversational AI systems, or AI orchestration architectures
  • Published security research or conference presentations on AI security topics
  • Background in software engineering with distributed systems expertise
