Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering with strong technical leadership
• Deep expertise in web technologies, distributed systems, and performance optimization
• Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements including Cloud Background Check

Nice to Have:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science AND 6+ years experience OR Bachelor's AND 8+ years
• Experience with AI/ML in engineering workflows
• Proven ability to drive architectural decisions at org-wide scale
