About the Role

Senior Solution Architect role at AWS working with customers to design scalable cloud architectures and accelerate business outcomes. Acts as a trusted advisor to help customers solve business challenges using AWS technologies while influencing platform evolution and sharing best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to accelerate business outcomes and recommend best-practice cloud architectures
• Drive technical solutions discussions to solve complex problems and craft scalable cloud architectures
• Scope and own customer engagements with clear objectives and success criteria
• Act as a thought leader by educating, sharing best practices, presenting at events, and writing content
• Serve as key technical member influencing decision makers to ensure customer success on AWS platform

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of specific technology domain areas experience
• 4+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries

Nice to Have:

• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
• Experience working with software developers
• Experience building complex software systems successfully delivered to customers
