About the Role
Senior sales role focused on helping enterprise customers transform business processes using AI. Responsibilities include building C-suite relationships, leading sales processes, and delivering Microsoft's AI solutions. Requires extensive experience in technology sales and AI business process applications.Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer engagements to identify high-impact AI Business Process scenarios
- Drive platform adoption by overcoming technical blockers and articulating competitive value
- Coach sales teams on deal strategy for complex, cross-functional opportunities
- Build and maintain qualified pipeline coverage for rolling 4 quarters
- Engage in sales community to share assets, best practices, and insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
- 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field OR equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience selling AI Business Process applications to enterprise customers
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Nice to Have:
- 12+ years of technology-related sales experience with a Bachelor's Degree OR 8+ years with a Master's Degree
- 6+ years of solution or services sales experience
- Experience selling CRM and/or ERP applications with understanding of business impact
- Industry expertise in sectors like Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.
