About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Own, troubleshoot, and solve complex customer technical issues
  • Implement strategic business decisions to increase market share
  • Develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools for process improvement
  • Mentor Technical Support Engineers and contribute to readiness programs
  • Perform complex product troubleshooting and remediation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 3+ years of technical support/consulting experience OR 5+ years of experience OR equivalent
  • Business level fluency in English
  • Experience with Azure Cloud Technologies
  • Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check

Nice to Have:

  • Microsoft Technology Certifications
  • Experience with Azure Compute, Networking, Container technology, Kubernetes, Web App on Linux, Azure Web Apps, Docker, or related platforms
  • Experience with SQL, Databases, Azure Data Factory, APIM, Event Hub, Azure Functions, App Services
