About the Role

Senior Process Analyst role in Amazon's Central Operations team, focusing on transforming last mile delivery through data analysis and process improvement. The analyst will gather data from multiple sources, build metrics and dashboards, and provide actionable insights to operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and partner with operational teams as analytical partner to define analytical strategy
• Retrieve and aggregate data from multiple sources to enable effective decision making
• Partner with other analysts and BI engineers to build analytical solutions
• Propose and implement business metrics for senior management reviews
• Perform deep-dives to find root causes behind key parameter variances

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics or related field
• Professional experience as Business Analyst, Data Analyst or related role
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and statistical analysis tools
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

Nice to Have:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics or related
• SQL experience
• Experience with business intelligence reporting tools (Quicksight, Tableau, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Redshift and/or AWS data base management
• Previous experience creating detailed Business Requirement Documentation
