Key Responsibilities

• Build and own core product features that directly impact customers
• Work across the stack with backend systems, APIs, and voice infrastructure
• Ship code daily and see it go live in production for Fortune 500 clients
• Dive into challenging technical areas like telephony systems and real-time voice processing
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand needs and translate to technical solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Built features or systems end-to-end and owned them in production
• Care deeply about product outcomes, not just writing code
• Resourceful, thrive in ambiguity, and figure things out without hand-holding

Nice to Have:

• Early engineer (first 5-10 hires) at another startup
• FAANG company experience with craving for more ownership and impact
• Experience with voice AI, telephony, or real-time systems
