About the Role

Software Engineer II role supporting Microsoft's sovereign supply chain for cloud infrastructure. Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining systems to enhance operational efficiency and data quality. Requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI access and polygraph.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve data quality issues by identifying root causes and implementing solutions
• Design, implement, and maintain systems that enhance operational efficiency and ensure high availability
• Develop and integrate software components into larger systems, addressing technical challenges
• Conduct code reviews, perform unit and integration testing, and execute end-to-end testing
• Continuously improve existing systems and develop new features to address evolving business needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with SCI access based on SSBI with Polygraph
• U.S. citizenship verification required

Nice to Have:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 3+ years experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science AND 5+ years experience
• Experience solving problems across cross-functional teams and delivering results within multiple cloud environments
