About the Role

Join Azure Voice AI as a Developer for Generative Voice and Avatar AI Models. You will design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI models for voice and avatar generation, collaborating with experts to enhance user interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive omni model development with SOTA ASR and TTS
• Develop SOTA talking avatar models for zero shot and fine tune scenarios
• Familiar with latest GenAI modelling techniques like diffusion and language modelling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into applications
• Conduct research on latest AI advancements to continuously improve models

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 2+ years technical engineering experience
• Coding experience in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., PyTorch)

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques
• Familiarity with generative models (GANs, VAEs, diffusion, flow matching, autoregressive models)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for innovation
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
