About the Role

This Software Engineer role focuses on SAP IBP implementation for Microsoft's datacenter planning and execution. The position involves end-to-end SAP IBP configuration, integration with existing systems, and building automation capabilities for supply chain and planning functions. The role requires hands-on experience with SAP IBP implementations and integration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end SAP IBP implementation activities including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and support
• Build CI-DS integration tasks for SAP IBP master data and transaction data
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to demonstrate features in Agile environment
• Design, configure and implement SAP IBP Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Inventory Planning
• Share learnings and code assets with the CO+I engineering team

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years hands-on experience implementing E2E SAP IBP Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning OR equivalent experience
• Experience in SAP IBP implementation activities including configuration, security profiles, and integrations
• 2+ full cycle SAP IBP Supply Planning implementations
• Hands-on experience building CI-DS tasks to integrate data to SAP IBP
• Technical implementation experience in integrations of SAP S/4 Hana, Ariba and other systems

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science AND 6+ years of hands-on experience designing, coding and delivering software solutions at scale OR Master's Degree AND 4+ years experience implementing integrations
• Experience working through full product cycle from initial design to production deployment
• Experience working in construction/capital projects and integration of supply chain activities
• Experience creating and shipping V1 products using modern development practices
• Experience using agile methodologies and/or test-driven development (TDD)
