About the Role

Join Fizz as a Software Engineering Intern for Summer 2025 to build consumer applications reaching 100k+ monthly users. You'll work independently and with a top-tier team on features like AI money advisor and card products. This role offers potential conversion to full-time post-graduation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build best-in-class consumer applications end-to-end
• Work on features for AI money advisor and card products
• Develop major products that haven't been announced yet
• Work both independently and collaboratively with engineering team
• Own tasks independently and prioritize impact

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Strong backend and/or web development skills (TypeScript and React preferred)
• Experience shipping real projects (mobile app, API, tooling, etc.)
• Comfortable owning tasks independently
• Self-directed learner who learns by doing
• Solid CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, systems)
• Eligible to work full-time over summer
• Interested in potentially converting to full-time post-grad

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with AI/LLM basics (RAG, agents)
• Git, CI/CD, and cloud experience (e.g., AWS/GCP)
• Product sense and bias for action
• Clear communication and collaboration skills
• Preference for in-person in NYC
