About the Role

Lead AI transformation for ISV customers in EMEA by positioning Microsoft's AI Business Solutions like Copilot and Viva. Drive consultative selling, build business cases, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption and value realization. Shape customer intent, build pipeline, and contribute to a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive AI transformation deals through consultative selling with business decision makers
• Act as a trusted advisor by aligning AI solutions to customer priorities and building ROI-based business cases
• Accelerate paid Copilot growth via immersive engagements and security-focused narratives
• Partner cross-organizationally to develop end-to-end sales motions for Copilot Studio and Cloud PC/Virtualization
• Grow frontline worker sockets and Copilot adoption in collaboration with Digital Sales and Engineering teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience
• Experience forecasting, developing demand, building pipeline, and leading/orchestrating complex, matrixed teams
• Experience with Copilot, Generative and Agentic AI
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and Copilot architecture

Nice to Have:

• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), IT, Information Security, or related field AND extensive experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience
• Solution or services sales experience
