About the Role

The Solution Area Specialist (Cloud & AI) is a sales leader focused on driving Azure consumption and digital transformation for ISV customers. They lead virtual teams to provide technical solutions, manage customer relationships, and exceed revenue targets through cloud migration, security, and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers to introduce digital transformation solutions aligned with their industry
  • Collaborate with teams to discover and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Identify and drive consumption growth with existing customers through demos and partnerships
  • Develop understanding of customer business needs and propose prioritized solutions
  • Implement strategies to accelerate deal closure and manage territory/account effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Experience in technology-related Sales/Solution Sales in a software company
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience working with ISV customers
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field AND sales/account management experience

Nice to Have:

  • Experience leading sales of large cloud engagements involving infrastructure migration and application modernization
  • Master's Degree in MBA, IT, Engineering, or related field with sales experience
  • Solution or services sales experience
