About the Role

This role is a Solution Area Specialist for AI Business Applications at Microsoft, focusing on driving digital transformation and modern work strategies with customers in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors. The specialist will lead consultative sales, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and promote Microsoft 365 solutions including Copilot, security, and productivity tools to achieve sales targets and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrate virtual teams and develop strategies to accelerate and close AI Business Solutions opportunities
• Foster and expand relationships with customer business decision makers to hunt new opportunities
• Lead planning and execution of Modern Work opportunities with internal stakeholders and partners for cross-selling and up-selling
• Lead conversations with business and IT decision makers as a subject matter expert on employee engagement and experience
• Plan for accounts across territories, conduct business analysis, and manage AI Business Solutions across the organization

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Passionate and experienced specialist seller with a drive for developing and winning strategic opportunities
• Credible with ability to build digital transformation modern work strategies with customers
• Ability to collaborate across different groups inside customer environments
• Experience in consultative customer conversations and sales execution with sales targets
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Solutions including Productivity, Security, and Gen AI based Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions
