About the Role

The Solution Engineer role focuses on helping small and medium enterprises solve business challenges using Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management, and generative AI solutions like Copilot Studio. Responsibilities include designing solutions, conducting technical demonstrations, and collaborating with partners and global teams. The position requires 3+ years of ERP technical sales or consulting experience and native Japanese proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer business challenges and design solutions using ERP and generative AI
• Conduct technical demonstrations, Proof of Concepts, and workshops
• Collaborate with partners and sales teams to support deal acquisition
• Provide technical leadership in implementation projects
• Deliver technical training and share knowledge with customers and partners

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 3+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or consulting for ERP business applications
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese

Nice to Have:

• Experience in implementation or proposal of D365 FO or SCM
• Knowledge and experience with generative AI solutions, especially Copilot Studio
• English communication skills for collaboration with global teams
