About the Role

This is an early-career Solution Engineer role focused on helping customers modernize endpoint management and security using Microsoft cloud technologies. The role involves technical presentations, solution design, and customer engagement to drive successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams to understand customer needs and design endpoint solutions leveraging Microsoft cloud technologies
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts to showcase solution capabilities
• Assist in architecting secure, scalable endpoint management solutions for hybrid and cloud environments
• Develop proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Windows 11, W365, AVD and related security/compliance features
• Work closely with senior engineers, architects, and customer success teams to ensure smooth solution delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 1+ year(s) technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field OR equivalent experience

Nice to Have:

• 2+ years technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree (or currently pursuing) in Information Technology, or related field AND 1+ year(s) technology-related sales or account management experience
