About the Role

Lead technical engagements to drive AI transformation for enterprise customers using Microsoft 365 Copilot and related solutions. Deliver compelling demos, design secure architectures, and collaborate with sales and engineering teams to accelerate adoption. Act as a trusted advisor guiding customers through compliant, value-driven implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation engagements (demos, pilots) to win technical decisions and drive customer commitment
• Generate new pipeline and competitive wins by delivering impactful AI-powered demos and removing technical blockers
• Craft scalable, secure, and modular architectures aligned with customer enterprise strategy
• Maintain operational excellence with 100% deal hygiene including technical close plans and partner attachments
• Continuously upskill through certifications and contribute to team excellence by sharing insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Experience leading complex technical engagements across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to design secure, scalable architectures aligned with enterprise strategy
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio & Agents solutions
• Experience collaborating with sales, customer success, engineering, and partner teams
