About the Role

This role is an AI Business Process Sales and Service Solution Engineer for the Majors Growth segment, focusing on driving adoption of D365 solutions. Responsibilities include owning technical win strategies, leading AI transformation engagements, and orchestrating demos and POCs to secure technical decisions. The position requires deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales & Service applications and Copilot Studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the technical win strategy for each opportunity and engage with BDMs/TDMs to translate priorities into solution vision
  • Orchestrate customer envisioning workshops, whiteboard design sessions, and compelling technical demos across Dynamics 365 Sales & Service applications
  • Lead proof-of-concept engagements for high-priority scenarios and document outcomes into detailed technical plans
  • Showcase Microsoft's unique value in AI-powered D365 solutions to win against competitors and address technical blockers
  • Work closely with Customer Success Unit and deployment teams to ensure customers realize value from Dynamics 365 investments

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
  • Solution pre-sales for business applications and/or SaaS-based company or similar technology
  • Solution pre-sales of complex business application deals requiring orchestration of large, dispersed, virtual teams
