About the Role

The Cloud Endpoint Solution Engineer accelerates Microsoft's AI transformation by leading technical engagements for Microsoft 365, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, and Entra ID. This role owns the technical win strategy, delivers demos and workshops, and removes blockers to secure customer adoption. It requires deep technical expertise, consultative skills, and collaboration with partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements with tailored demos and workshops
• Own technical win strategy for assigned solution plays
• Identify and remove technical blockers and articulate differentiators
• Collaborate with partners in sell-with scenarios
• Execute technical close plans and document customer intent

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting roles
• L200 consultative and L400 technical certifications (or equivalent experience)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
