About the Role

This is a senior Solution Engineering role focused on cybersecurity within Microsoft's Security organization. The position involves partnering with sales teams, engaging with C-suite executives (especially CISOs), and developing strategic security recommendations for customers. The role requires deep security expertise and experience with customer demos and proof of concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with area sales leadership and account teams in developing long term strategic plans for key accounts
• Engage with customer C-suite executives (primarily CISOs) to understand strategic objectives and develop trusted advisor relationships
• Develop strategic, operational, and tactical security recommendations tailored to each customer's business goals and risk tolerance
• Monitor and analyze emerging security trends and share insights with customers and leadership
• Advise, coach and train area leadership on Microsoft security solution value propositions and positioning

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 7+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience (or equivalent education/experience combination)
• 3+ years experience with developing and delivering customer demos/proof of concepts for Security across competitive offerings
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience engaging with C-suite executives, particularly CISOs
