About the Role

This role is an AI Business Process Finance & Supply Chain Solution Engineer who leads AI transformation engagements with ERP expertise. The specialist owns technical win strategy, conducts demonstrations and POCs for D365 F&SC and AI solutions, and collaborates with partners to drive enterprise adoption while securing competitive wins against key competitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Owns the technical win strategy for each opportunity and engages with business and technical decision makers
• Orchestrates customer envisioning workshops, whiteboard design sessions, and compelling technical demos
• Leads proof-of-concept engagements for high-priority scenarios and documents outcomes
• Showcases Microsoft's unique value in AI-powered business process D365 solutions to win technical decisions
• Works closely with Customer Success Unit and deployment teams to ensure customers realize value from investments

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field AND experience in technical pre-sales or technical consulting
• OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field AND experience in technical pre-sales or technical consulting
• OR equivalent experience
• MS Dynamics 365 and/or ERP systems experience
