About the Role

The Solutions Architect at AWS helps customers adopt cloud technologies by designing scalable architectures and driving technical solutions. They work directly with clients to accelerate business outcomes and serve as a technical thought leader in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to accelerate business outcomes and recommend best-practice cloud architectures
• Drive technical solutions discussions to solve complex problems and craft scalable cloud architectures
• Act as a thought leader by educating, sharing best practices, and presenting at events
• Share the voice of the customer to influence AWS platform features and services
• Serve as a key technical member influencing decision makers to ensure customer success on AWS

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Experience with one of the following programming languages: Python, Ruby, Node.js, C#, or C++
• Experience with two or more of: networking fundamentals, security, storage or databases (relational or NoSQL), operating systems (Unix, Linux, or Windows)

Nice to Have:

• Experience implementing a cloud-based technology solution
• Experience in any of: Cloud Architecture, Systems Design, Software Development, Infrastructure Architecture, Data Engineering or DevOps
