About the Role

The Solutions Engineer ensures seamless customer integrations with Centaur's data labeling platform. They lead technical onboarding, develop custom solutions, and bridge customer needs with product development. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding of new customers
• Write and maintain code to bridge platform and customer needs
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Design and implement tailored solutions for customer datasets
• Collaborate with sales, operations, product, and engineering teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 3+ years in a technical role, preferably customer-facing
• Strong understanding of computer science or data management
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting language
• Experience with SQL and database management

Nice to Have:

• Experience with data labeling or machine learning
• Prior work with customers in life sciences-adjacent domain
• Strong operational skills like project management
• Comfort with ambiguity in fast-paced environments
• Experience with Retool or internal tool frameworks
