Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement models, science-based product ideas and features, project plans and communicate with stakeholders
• Develop fair predictive models to understand important business and people-centered outcomes
• Productionize ML and science models at the scale of Amazon
• Work on talent science products using fields like algorithmic fairness, NLP, and machine learning on graphs
• Partner with engineering and product teams to integrate models into production systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 3+ years of building machine learning models for business application experience
• PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning

Nice to Have:

• Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy etc.
• Experience with large scale distributed systems such as Hadoop, Spark etc.
