About the Role

This role involves processing data annotations and analysis for AI/LLM training to enhance Amazon's shopping experience. Responsibilities include managing operations, prioritizing tasks, and improving annotation processes. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Process annotation & data analysis tasks efficiently
• Provide floor support to Operations manager
• Handle work prioritization based on business needs
• Track and report ops metrics and KPIs
• Drive process efficiencies and explore automation opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Proficiency in both Dutch and English (C1/C2 Level)
• Baccalaureate (High School Diploma or equivalent)

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Computer Science or Dutch stream
• Dutch language certification
• Cambridge certification
• Previous experience as AI trainers, knowledge of AI and NLP
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence interaction, such as prompt generation and open AI's
• Experience in content or editorial writing
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with a keen eye for detail
• Organizational skills to effectively manage tasks and projects
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
