Key Responsibilities

• Own, build, develop and lead technical strategy for business-critical advertising data initiatives
• Design, develop, launch and maintain advertising data solutions and data services
• Enable advertisers with simplified AI-powered advertising offerings
• Work closely with Principal Engineer and Scientists to lead technical strategy
• Challenge status quo and raise the bar on every service and feature built

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 5+ years of data engineering experience
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
• Experience with SQL
• Experience in at least one modern scripting or programming language (Python, Java, Scala, or NodeJS)
• Experience mentoring team members on best practices

Nice to Have:

• Experience with big data technologies: Hadoop, Hive, Spark, EMR
• Experience operating large data warehouses
