About the Role

Senior Electrical Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and validating electrical systems for Ring devices. Leads complex hardware projects, mentors junior engineers, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions while leveraging AI tools to enhance design processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical hardware development projects from concept through production
• Design and develop analog and digital circuits for consumer electronics
• Create and review schematics and PCB layouts
• Develop power management solutions and power distribution networks
• Apply AI tools and techniques to optimize electrical designs and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in electrical design and development
• Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (Altium, Cadence, or similar)
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and applications in electrical engineering

Nice to Have:

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience with embedded systems and microcontroller programming
• Advanced knowledge of machine learning applications in electrical design optimization
