About the Role

Lead the technical roadmap for AI-driven hiring solutions at Amazon's Intelligent Talent Acquisition. Architect multi-agent AI systems and integrate ML/GenAI to transform talent acquisition globally. Manage product strategy and teams to deliver scalable, impactful hiring technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect interconnected multi-agent systems using latest AI frameworks
• Integrate machine learning and GenAI-based solutions where they are game-changers
• Build, lead and influence high-functional product management teams
• Define product strategy that achieves strong customer value and business outcomes
• Work with developers and architects to build scalable and highly reliant systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• 6+ years of team management experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
