Key Responsibilities

• Lead test strategy development for complex robotic manipulation systems
• Architect scalable test solutions for deployment across multiple manufacturing sites
• Drive technical decisions for test infrastructure and equipment selection
• Design and implement comprehensive test solutions for robotic arms and control systems
• Lead Design for Testability initiatives and participate in product design reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing test engineering
• Experience developing and deploying Automated Test Equipment for complex electro-mechanical systems
• Proficiency in at least one industry-standard test development environment (Python, LabVIEW, TestStand, or MATLAB/Simulink)

Nice to Have:

• 8+ years of experience in Manufacturing Test Engineering with focus on robotics
• Deep expertise with industrial communication protocols (EtherCAT, OPC UA, Modbus)
• Experience designing test solutions that interface with robotics platforms
• Experience with cloud-based data storage and analysis tools (AWS, S3)
• Experience with advanced vision libraries (Cognex, OpenCV)
