About the Role

Lead the identification, development, and implementation of AI solutions to optimize store operations and drive performance improvements across WWGS stores. Focus on enhancing operational efficiency, labor productivity, and decision-making through AI-powered dashboards and predictive models. Partner with store leadership to identify pain points and scale successful AI implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI strategy for store operations performance, including labor optimization and workflow efficiency
• Partner with Operations Reporting to design next-generation AI-driven performance dashboards
• Create and implement AI-powered tools for real-time insights and predictive modeling
• Launch pilot programs for new AI implementations and scale successful solutions
• Ensure AI solutions enhance human decision-making and provide regular reporting to senior leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Operations)
• 8+ years of experience in retail operations with success in performance improvement initiatives

Nice to Have:

• Advanced degree in relevant field
• Deep expertise in grocery store operations and performance metrics
• Experience implementing AI solutions in retail operations
• Strong understanding of store workflow optimization and labor management
• Background in process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean)
• Experience designing and implementing business intelligence dashboards
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and best practices
• Track record of creating user-friendly reporting solutions for operational leaders
