About the Role

Meta seeks a Strategic Partner Manager to grow business messaging via WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger. The role involves managing strategic partnerships, developing growth plans, and driving innovation with key partners in North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of strategic partners and execute partnership goals
• Build clear growth plans with partners and manage Go To Market motions
• Establish trusted relationships with key Partner stakeholders
• Manage C-suite relationships to deliver mutually beneficial products
• Maintain understanding of Partner Tech stack and competitive landscape

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 8+ years of work experience
• 5+ years of alliance/partnership management/strategic account management experience
• Basic understanding of APIs and interest in Meta channels like WhatsApp, Instagram
• Understanding of Business Messaging, voice and video partner ecosystem
• Proven interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have:

• Masters Degree/MBA in a relevant domain
• Experience working with Business Messaging Products, Solutions or Partners
• Experience leading strategic alliances across multiple programs/products
