About the Role
This role involves designing and building automation systems using AI and machine learning to improve AWS training content delivery. The engineer will create resilient pipelines, integrate AWS services, and collaborate with product and development teams to scale content workflows efficiently.Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver automation systems to scale content creation and maintenance workflows
- Build resilient pipelines integrating AWS services like Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and Step Functions
- Identify and eliminate manual processes by creating secure and cost-efficient system mechanisms
- Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews, and contribute to operational readiness reviews
- Improve operational health through instrumentation, telemetry, and monitoring dashboards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of systems design, software development, operations, automation, and process improvement experience
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
- Knowledge of concepts like system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making
Nice to Have:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience building and maintaining data flows and pipelines
- Experience in machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, statistics, natural language processing, or computer architecture
