About the Role

PermitFlow is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive growth by recruiting Go-to-market, Operations, and EPD talent. The role involves owning the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, and strengthening the employer brand. This is a senior position requiring startup experience and expertise in recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Collaborate with executives to forecast headcount needs and design strategic workforce plans
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen employer brand and attract top talent
  • Develop data-driven hiring strategies to optimize team structure and ensure scalable growth
  • Provide insights and reporting to leadership on talent trends and pipeline health

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Experience in early-stage startups or tech environment
  • Ownership mentality with a focus on impact and process improvement
  • Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience with full-cycle recruitment track record
  • Experience with Ashby Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
