About the Role
PermitFlow is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive growth by recruiting Go-to-market, Operations, and EPD talent. The role involves owning the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, and strengthening the employer brand. This is a senior position requiring startup experience and expertise in recruitment strategies.Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Collaborate with executives to forecast headcount needs and design strategic workforce plans
- Lead initiatives to strengthen employer brand and attract top talent
- Develop data-driven hiring strategies to optimize team structure and ensure scalable growth
- Provide insights and reporting to leadership on talent trends and pipeline health
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
- Experience in early-stage startups or tech environment
- Ownership mentality with a focus on impact and process improvement
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience with full-cycle recruitment track record
- Experience with Ashby Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
