About the Role

Team Manager for Alexa Data Services, responsible for managing data labeling operations and team performance. Focuses on speech and language technology to support machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage job assignment and monitor performance metrics
• Support hiring and training of new Associates
• Develop work schedules and balance workflows
• Track quality and utilization metrics
• Identify and implement process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor Degree or advanced college education or experience in Leadership
• Proficiency in verbal and written English communication
• Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing KPIs

Nice to Have:

• Experience with process improvement/quality control tools
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and build consensus
• Experience with speech and language technology
• Fluency in a foreign language (German, French, Italian)
• Experience with Kaizen, six sigma, or lean methodologies
