About the Role

Team Manager for evening shift overseeing data services team supporting Alexa's speech and language technology. Responsible for managing job assignments, performance metrics, hiring/training, and process improvements. Focuses on delivering high-quality labeled data for machine learning applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage job assignment and monitor performance metrics
• Support hiring and training of new Associates
• Develop work schedules balancing various workflows
• Track quality and utilization metrics
• Identify and implement process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor Degree or advanced college education or leadership experience
• Proficiency in verbal and written English communication
• Experience understanding performance metrics and developing KPIs
• Experience in a Leadership or management position

Nice to Have:

• Experience with process improvement/quality control tools
• Experience with speech and language technology
• Fluency in German, French or Italian
• Experience with Kaizen, six sigma, or lean methodologies
