About the Role

Team Manager role for AGI Data Services, managing a team that provides data creation and analytics to improve Alexa's speech and language AI. Responsibilities include daily operations, hiring, training, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage job assignment and monitor performance metrics
• Support hiring and training of new Associates
• Develop work schedules and balance workflows
• Track quality and utilization metrics
• Provide feedback and implement process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Proficiency in English & German or Italian (B2+ level)
• Bachelor's Degree or advanced college education or leadership experience
• Experience with performance metrics and KPIs

Nice to Have:

• Experience with process improvement/quality control tools
• Leadership in coaching and performance management
• Experience with speech and language technology
