About the Role

Technical Account Manager at Axle bridges technical solutions and customer success throughout the customer journey. You'll collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to design tailored solutions, from discovery to integration and support. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction, adoption, and company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own overall client relationships, building expertise in their technology and integration processes
  • Proactively project manage enterprise implementations, coordinating stakeholders and timelines
  • Oversee customer onboarding and act as primary post-sales contact for support
  • Travel monthly to meet customers and partners to reinforce relationships
  • Participate in design sessions to understand client needs and define solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 5+ years in Technology Consulting, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or customer-facing engineering roles
  • Elite project management skills and proven ability to lead complex customer implementations
  • Strong customer-facing presence and exceptional communication skills
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud services, and modern architectures

Nice to Have:

  • Working knowledge of node/javascript, ability to build tools or query data with SQL
  • Previous experience in insurance, fintech, or related industries
  • Strong background in fintech and/or API services
