About the Role

Technical Program Manager for Reality AI, leading complex cross-functional AI programs from research to production. Works on CoreAI initiatives across technologies like Computer Vision, LLMs, and Speech processing for Meta's XR products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute large-scale, cross-functional AI technical programs from research through production deployment
• Drive program strategy and roadmap for CoreAI initiatives, identifying risks and dependencies
• Drive visibility, accountability, and execution across software development areas
• Communicate program status, challenges, and outcomes clearly to technical and executive audiences
• Collaborate with AI research, engineering, product management, and infrastructure teams to deliver AI technologies at scale

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, or engineering leadership with focus on AI or machine learning programs
• Experience leading execution across highly ambiguous, complex products and programs, balancing business needs and technical constraints
• Proven communicator translating high-level goals into action plans and vice-versa, with expertise communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have:

• Experience in delivering technical programs or products related to Consumer HW products
