About the Role

Technical Program Manager for Wearables AI at Meta Reality Labs, responsible for driving complex cross-functional device and software releases across OS, firmware, apps, and cloud. The role involves managing programs from inception to delivery, working with technologies like computer vision and machine learning to create immersive experiences for products such as Quest and Ray-Ban Stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage cross-functional CE programs, facilitating relationships across teams to identify risks and optimize resources
• Drive visibility, accountability, and execution across software development areas
• Understand technology stack and roadmap to develop plans for mitigating risks and delivering features
• Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and product development processes in a fast-changing environment
• Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years experience as a technical program manager, leading complex hardware and/or software development programs
• Experience delivering technical programs or products from inception to delivery
• Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems
