About the Role

Technical Support Engineer role focusing on security, compliance, and Intune. Responsibilities include troubleshooting customer technical issues, providing support for Microsoft Purview Compliance solutions, and collaborating across teams. The role requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and compliance features like DLP and eDiscovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own, investigate, and solve customer technical issues
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft Purview Compliance solutions
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams for improvements
  • Lead or participate in building communities and share knowledge
  • Identify potential product defects and escalate appropriately

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 3+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience in a customer-facing role
  • 3+ years experience working on technical projects
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Microsoft Configuration Manager (current branch and previous versions)
  • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM)
  • Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
