About the Role

Technical Support Engineer role focusing on Microsoft Intune and cloud services. Responsibilities include troubleshooting customer issues, collaborating across teams, and contributing to product improvements. This is a flexible role allowing up to 50% remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own, investigate, and solve customer technical issues
  • Collaborate within and across teams using troubleshooting tools
  • Lead or participate in building communities and share knowledge
  • Develop technical proficiency through training and readiness
  • Identify potential product defects and escalate appropriately

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and cloud services
  • Ability to troubleshoot Intune issues like enrollment, policy deployment, app management
  • Experience with Windows 10, iOS, Android, and MacOS devices and management
  • Familiarity with networking concepts like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Mobile Device Management and Mobile Application Management, including third-party solutions
  • Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS and ability to capture Fiddler traces
  • Knowledge of System Center Configuration Manager or system management
