About the Role

Senior Technical Support Engineer role at Microsoft's Customer Service & Support organization. Responsible for troubleshooting complex customer technical issues, collaborating across teams, and driving product improvements. Flexible work arrangement with up to 50% remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own, investigate and solve complex customer technical issues
  • Act as advisor to customers and collaborate across teams
  • Lead in building communities and share knowledge through mentoring
  • Deepen technical proficiency through training and readiness
  • Engage with engineering teams to investigate product defects and drive improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field AND 3+ years technical experience
  • OR 5+ years technical support, consulting or IT experience
  • Business level fluency in English
  • Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check

Nice to Have:

  • Microsoft Technology Certifications
  • Azure cloud and/or Azure Databricks experience
  • ETL/Data Engineering experience
