About the Role

AWS Technical Trainer delivering classroom and online training to customers and partners. Responsible for developing training content and sharing best practices. Requires IT experience and strong presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and on-line training to customers and partners
• Assist in developing and maintaining training content, lab exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge across the training community
• Understand AWS market segments, customer base, and industry verticals

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Experience communicating and delivering presentations to customers, stakeholders, and/or teammates
• 2+ years of IT experience
• A strong 'stage presence' and ability to manage a classroom of adult learners
• An ability to engage others on a wide range of technical/Cloud topics
• Ability to travel as required

Nice to Have:

• AWS Certified Solution Architect - Associate Level Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure services
• Recent experience in one or more of the preferred IT domains - AI/ML, Data/Analytics, Security, Enterprise Systems or Software development
• Experience creating and maintaining training materials
