About the Role

Technical Program Manager II role at RBKS AI, leading complex AI projects and features with cross-functional teams. Responsible for managing scope, schedule, risks, and delivering high-visibility AI products that impact customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with Project Sponsors, Technical Program Managers, AI scientists and multiple Development Teams to define and deliver complex AI features
• Lead the effective and efficient delivery of large, complex AI projects
• Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels
• Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders
• Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 2+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Nice to Have:

• 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
