About the Role

As a founding Wire Harness Technician, you will build and operate automated production systems for wire harness manufacturing. You'll master assembly processes, operate robotics, improve manufacturing workflows, and ensure quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build wire harnesses including crimping, routing, assembly, and testing
• Operate and maintain robotic systems and automated machinery
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
• Perform testing and inspection to maintain quality standards
• Provide practical feedback to engineers on new automation systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Experience with hand tools and assembly work
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow work instructions
• Problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have:

• Experience with wire harnesses, cable assembly, or electronics manufacturing
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification or soldering experience
• Basic understanding of robotics or automation
